Supermarket Juice Wine How To guide and Recipes.

Years ago I made some elderberry wine as per Mr CJ Berry! It has nice flavour but is really sickly sweet! Am now making nice supermarket wine! My question is"could I add a bottle of the elderberry to a fermenting supermarket wine to use up the sugar in elderberry"?

The Range- Make Your Own Home Brew, IPA

Ohhh it's not bad, the first kit is now really tasty(take a while to mature) & very strong! The 2nd one I used demarara sugar & some English hops (fuggles & northdown for dry hopping near end) it's a very different taste, but not at all unpleasant! Does improve a lot with time!

    What did you brew today?

I made one of these! But just as it came & the thing erupted so badly I had to put half in another f/v! 3 months on & it's a lovely pint, but have to pour it sooo gently, & even then it drags up the sediment!

    Electric kettle or stock pot?

On that site, they also have a 40 litre pot for preserves, only £104, would this do the trick,? (seems to do all the Klarstein does) normally 240 odd quid!
