Online Wilkos have reduced their kits from £12 to £9.50. Not sure if the offer is the same for in store products.

What you have to remind yourself is that: 1. You followed due process. 2. She put you in the position where you had to take this action. It's understandable you feel bad but remember the above points :thumb:

Thanks for the reply Terry. I have checked the lid seal and it is my newest FV and it snaps shut positively, so I am pretty sure it's not passing. I was going to leave it another day or so and then intervene with a stir of the brew. A suitable intervention?

I could do with a bit of help on this. I kicked this off Saturday and the FV is swelling slightly and the water level in the airlock is rising but not bubbling. I have it stored at about 22 degC as the instructions state. Has me fermentation stalled or am I too impatient??? Cheers....

Sampled some of my batch that was bottled 8 weeks ago. I'm impressed. Still young so benefited from being very cold. The recommendation is to leave for 12 weeks....but it was xmas! :thumb:
