Looking to sell my corny kegs, there are 7 of them, also have everything you need to set them up, pipes, disco's, co2 regulator, spare o rings, even have an empty co2 bottle if it's any use to you, all are in great condition. I will post pics over the weekend Looking for £300, posting here...

I use one give to me by Dieseljockey 3 lb rhubarb 3 lb sugar 1 sachet general purpose wine yeast. a couple of friends have tried it and love the taste

What my friend wants is a rhubarb wine with a hint of ginger, so perhaps if I use an ounce of chopped ginger? I guess it'll be trial and error. Thanks for the recipe, I will make that in the future :)

I have just been asked by a friend if I could make some rhubarb and ginger wine for him, any ideas on how to get the ginger into the wine??

I put my mead on yesterday, added a stick of cinnamon and a few cloves to give it a spicy taste, bubbling away nicely in the brew fridge

I quite like the sound of you recipe, but where can I get citric and malic acids from?

Spoke to the Pub landlady last night, she ordered me a 6.35KG there and then, they use 60/40 bottles, I assume this will be ok for home use too?

The boss has been talking to her friends and now wants me to make her some mead....(note to self, ban her from leaving house) Can someone supply me with a recipe for mead and also any guides on said brew as I've never tried this before Thanks in advance

They won't deliver to me as I live outside their area, I have to go to Rugby to collect it, i'm going to have a chat with the pub landlady here and see if she'll order an extra bottle for me
