It's been at 1050 for about 4 weeks now and has totally cleared. I'd be really happy with it if it wasn't just as sweet. I'd like to try and get it down to 1020 or below, if possible. I'll try adding nutrients first, then I'll give low gravity beer a try. Never had a stuck fermentation before...

You can make it as complicated or as simple as you like. I usually only put in 1.2kg of sugar and ferment out to dry (1.090-1.095 to 0.990 ish gives 13.5%). The only thing I always add is pectalose & nutrient. Sometimes I add any other fruit that I have in my freezer, Sloes, Elderberries...
