I've still Have hops that are two years over UBD, and they are still lovely and aromatic uses some on my recent brew to no problems so far, store them in vacuum type seal jars, cheap as chips in Wilko athumb..

In your opinion, what would you say is the best Hydrometer out there, the traditional glass bobber or the prisms versions or the sucker ones like the turkey baster to explain it lol ?
I pretty much understand they do the same job, however which is better for easy reading, accuracy etc.

As iv`e posted on here a few times regarding my first time at making Plum wine from fruit...I fear it has gone bad at the 2nd rack stage....Slight vinegar aroma to slightly sour to taste - is this normal after the first rack or has it gone bad ?
