Have you and feedback on this 10ltr batch you did. Thinking of making this as a step into my first ag normally a kit brewer with hop additions and cider.
Also pretty newbie question as to ag but flaked maise is there a diference between flaked maise from a homebrew shop and animal feed...
Looking for a couple kegs to add to the collection. New keezer holds double... may be persuaded to sell old one if i cannot convert my old man from bottling to kegging.
In rotherham however happy to pay postage costs to seller.
when i first started brewing WOW type wines instead of cider SWMBO would drink the wine before i had finished bottling it :x i now have to lock half of it away so it ages a little before she inhales it :drink: i am lucky to see a bottle out of a gallon of each batch
i always use the bags with my wines as i serve at family parties and its easy to put in middle of table. after fermentation i rack off to second vessel adding the usual campden tablet per gallon and kwik clear if necessary, then allow to clear and to bulk age for months then a couple of days...

started a DJ of this yesterday and one exactly the same but with blackberries as well, both smelling pretty awesome and fermenting away nicely. cnt wait to try them both out and see how they compare
