    Thanks! Would putting it into the same keg likely ruin the beer already there? And would the beer develop OK in the water container, given that it is not pressurised? Sorry for extra questions and grateful for help!

    Grateful for quick help! My siphon broke 30 pints into 36 pint transfer. V keen to get last 6 pints our but new siphon arrives tomorrow. Beer was put into keg on Thursday, having had 5 days hop pellets. Can I undo top of keg and siphon in the remaining 6 pints without causing any damage? Sorry...

    Bottling from keg - help please!!

    Thank you! To reduce the pressure do I simply turn the cog at the top of the keg? Do I need to turn it all the way? And if I do then can I re-pressurise the barrel afterwards for any beer left inside? I do not necessarily want to bottle all at the same time....thank you!

    I have this kit too and am about to start brewing. Do you happen to know whether you can use golden syrup instead of sugar? I had heard of people adding it but not sure if it was instead of sugar or on top of? Also wondered about adding in hops? Any thoughts gratefully received! Thank you...Will
