I made a batch of wine last year using frozen red fruit from ASDA. Sampled it today prior to bottling and it is delicious.

Well, I bottled it yesterday and had a couple of glasses that wouldn't make up a 6th bottle as usual. Nicely dry, definate taste of Elderflower and lovely colour but not what I was expecting.
Used the recipe in the link and bottled it after 5 months racked. It's so good I have started another batch today and will do one more tomorrow.

Thank you for posting. I have made two batches so far with a bit more sugar in the last batch which should be nearly ready. I intend to make a third tomorrow. It's a really nice chilled drink. Perfect for BBQ and the summer
