I mentioned in my post about mistakes I’ve made… I bought 40L of Tesco bottled water for my first batch!asad. it didn’t take too long, and too much research to learn how years ago breweries in London would ‘Burtonise’ their water… and I chose to do the opposite! Oops!

I went the Grainfather route and have been doing AG brewing. I’ve found it to be a really good system. Thanks for the welcome!
