You could adapt a pump action pressure sprayer to do the job. No co2 required.

Just everytime they need a clean? I was thinking I should prob try to get them cleaned once every 2 months.

I just clean when I change a keg. No need to clean them during use.
After a keg is empty I clean with water and then put 5l of starsan in and run it through the lines and back into a container so I can reuse the starsan.
