Hi, as title says.
I have decided to brew the Wilko's Cerveza after I move the Wherry out of the brew fridge.
I was just going to use 1kg of silver spoon, but when I picked it up in Wilko today I also got a bag of the brew enhancer.
So should I use sugar OR brew enhancer ?

OR should I save the brew enhancer for something better ?

Thanks

Use the brew enhancer. Use the sugar for priming (not all of it!).

Thanks,

It will be my 9th brew (all kits)
I used carb drops with 1st brew (Cooper's starter kit) but have batched primed since which I think is better.
Like I said I had planned to just use sugar but picked up some brew enhancer with the kit. I will be doing it short 20/21 litres.

When i brewed it i used 1kg of extra light dme and 500g of cane sugar, and like clint gave a good dry hop with saaz 40g if i remember right, the mistake i made was putting it in a pb instead of bottles was ok though

Bottled the Cerveza today, it's by far the cloudiest brew I have done so far.

Tried a bottle after 1 week & 2 bottles after 2weeks. Must say very disappointed was cidery and not very good, didn't improve the 2nd week. Will leave it for another 2/3 weeks hopefully it'll improve.

I found the same thing when I made that kit ( bit cidery) when I tasted young. I'm always a bit keen to get stuck in!! But I did find by the time I was getting near the end of the batch which was probably two or three weeks after the beer had carbed up it was becoming pretty good, so don't give up hope!

Moved this from warm brew fridge after 5 days to cold which MUST be why this IS s***.
Had a bottle tonight after 9 weeks still not good. Will definitely do 2,2,2 from now on.
Which I have done since 1st brew until this one.
