Any one do this I had 20 g citra and 20 g centennial to add at flameout and completely forgot dumped into FV can I add extra in dry hop to compensate??

I am sure it will be fine, you will probably lose some ibu, I had a real school boy error on my last brew 😡
Totally forgot to up the temp for mash out.Still dumped 150g hopstand @80c for 30mins, fingers crossed it will be ok.
120g dry hop on day 2......another 180g going in tomorro, will be an expensive drain cleaner if it tastes bad lol

Simple answer yes of course you can!! you will lose a tiny bit of IBUs but I dont think you would notice..

It will be fine

as they say RDWHAHB

Couple of brewing podcasts I listened to recently said the mash out was just not necessary. I still heat sparge water but if I forget then don't bother because of tests showing it just isn't necessary. The first time I did it was well before I read tests on it and was like what! when it all came out the same as normal.

I agree , basically you are raising temp to stop enzyme activity but you are basically heating up the wort to boiling anyway so really what does this step accomplish? I have done work in a few breweries and none do this. They basically have their water preheated for brew day and just split it to mash and sparge quantities

You could make a hop tea with boiling water and let it cool naturally to get the same effect as a flameout addition add it to the beer as soon as it's cool enough. Then dry hop as per recipe.
