Hi Lee,

This is because we order our malt every 2 weeks, as we are able to order small quantities we can safely rotate stock to make sure it is still fresh. Worst case scenario we may have the malt on site for 4 weeks before it is sent out to you guys. As we are only a small company and still starting out we do not yet have the facilities to crush malt on site.

It would be great to know what malt you’re selling in the listings, maybe it’s just because I’m on mobile but it just comes up with “no19 floor marris otter” which I assume is crisp? The rest are just “rye” “pale” etc
