Has anybody got one of these? If so, could you tell me what the bore of the outlet pipe tail is. (The hole in its middle, not the bore of the pipe that fits on it.) Thanks.

I do not have an answer. But am interested in why it's important

Because it will be used to top up Noddy foil balloons with CO2, and the tube which is small enough to push into the balloon will ideally be a push fit inside the outlet tail. The balloon is usually attached to a venting spile in a Firkin, allowing beer to be drawn off by gravity into take-away containers for customers of my local brewery, without air entering the cask and shortening its life.

I think you can unscrew it and fit a JG fitting from there any size adapter you like as long as JG do it.

I took the barb off mine and added a JG fitting for 3/8” gas line.
The inner diameter of the bit shown is 5mm.

The inner diameter of the barb is 4mm.
Hope this helps 👍🏻

edit: just looked at your picture again, my reg is the keg land one, it looks similar to the one shown but not exactly the same. I imagine that the fittings are the same though

Well blow me down, it arrived today 5 days earlier than quoted, and looks a tasty bit of kit. How they make them for the money I don’t know. The outlet is 4mm internal diameter, just what I want. Now if it only works properly . . . .

It worked well enough for my purpose, but the high pressure gauge reads zero, even with a full cylinder. I expect this was whilst in the post as it wasn’t brilliantly packed – just the cardboard box in one of those black plastic bags. Now I’ve got to send them a photo or video of it not working !

I’ve got one of the cheap Chinese regs which I thought was pretty good....until I received an Italian ODL premium reg from BKT. Yes it was double the price but it’s so much better quality and in my opinion well worth the extra. The control over pressure is so much more exact and you can turn up and down smoothly, the Chinese one is tight and you have to manually release pressure to go down. The gauge accuracy on my Chinese one is also a bit out.

I suppose you get what you pay for!

I should also say that’s my second Chinese one as the first leaked after a few months!

I complained about the broken gauge, and they refunded the total price without question. You can't say fairer than that. I sent them this picture to prove I wasn't telling porkies.
