I have the day off so I have decided to do something new for me and do a Belgian Tripel. I recipe has been influenced by some research on the internet so hopefully it holds up okay. I using WLP500 Abbey Ale Yeast for this one.

This one looks good. Hope it's gone well!
I prefer this type of beer a bit drier and with slightly lower bitterness, but that's personal taste.
What temperature are you planning on fermenting at?

Its my first attempt that the style so I am not really sure how it will turn out. I'm going to ferment out at 20C and see how it goes.

I remembered to take a few photos which isn't like me. They are a bit of a sad effort but its all I managed to get.

First off a pic of the brewery while waiting on the HLT to do its stuff:

Have you got this one bottled yet? How has it looking so far?

Yes, I bottled last Wednesday. Its got all the classic flavours so I have high hopes. I just checked one of the bottles and it appears to be clearing down quite well. I'll leave them another couple of weeks and then perform a QA test.
