Hi all, I am a small home brewer, using CJJ Berry's recipe book and make very drinkable ales using various LME, hops and yeasts the best I can source.

I will be doing a partial mash this weekend and let you know how it goes, I am located the the Kingdom of North Sussex near Gatwick, we do not have a brew shop nearby.

That book was old when I was brewing as a kid back in late 60s! Though I know it's had many revisions since then.
