Love Moonraker. If the internet recipes are to be believed, it's just a pale ale with British hops and darkish brewers invert + caramel colour. But it's sublime.

Nice little pale ale
I love the green one it's yummy!
Just about to keg the last of my second tranche of beers as part of my re-stock and while I’m doing that I’m having one of these. It’s aromatic, hoppy, clean tasting, and 4.8% - all of which make it very easy drinking.

Just starting on my King Keg of the NEIPA I brewed in August. A yummy 5.8% ABV 
I’ve been a bit occupied with all things academic but this evening it’s normal service and a bit of kitchen bopping (Blondie playing right now

I found some interesting new beers while shopping for the roast tonight ‘outer Galactic’ an imperial dry hopped pilsner (7.5%
) sounded intriguing…. Hmm it’s smooth like a pilsner but has both a bitter hop tang and more sweetness than a pilsner should. I’m not totally convinced. The beef joint should be good though - treating ourselves to some aged highland topside to celebrate finishing my dissertation proposal being finished.

With lunch out I had an over chilled pint of what is normally a good beer and I suspect the glass could have been cleaner so won't be going there again! Just sat down with a nice Coopers Irish stout with a head indicating two clean glasses!
This is an absolute beezer of a wee heavy, they describe it as a porter but it's a Scotch ale/wee heavy to me.
I’m having another Pilgrim. Had dinner now, that crispy golden chicken skin was amazing. Beef is my meat of choice (cow is so moreish) but roast chicken is great as a change.

This is a one can Youngs Harvest Mild Kit but replaced the sugar with some Mild malt, chocolate malt and dark Crystal mashed for an hour and gave a quick boil. All in all came in at 3.3%. Slightly nutty malty flavour but a good easy drinking session Mild.
