I enjoyed experiencing the different subscription beers as I probably wouldn't have tried all those styles if they hadn't been in the subscription boxes.
I was"told" I should buy my HB ingredients with the saved cash!

I've had a few pints of this tonight (Cali Common, but with very light crystal / caramel malt). It's really nice.

I'm now having a pint of my old ale, but forgot to take a piccy of the full pint. Bed after this.

My oatmeal stout is at starting to carbonate properly. I realise you can get a slow increase, but this has been bottled <checks notes> 41 days. I still think it was a bit under-primed, though. It's a really nice pint now, though.

Just kegged a helles I used that yeast with for the first time, didn't taste any off flavours from the sample I tried but will be a few weeks before I get stuck into it. Has it been conditioned for long, wondering if the flavour might become less noticeable over time.

Think it's pitch rate is a gram per litre, so perhaps like you say under pitched and stressed it, I used 2 packs when used it on 22l

Second go at this, I complained about the first 2 and they sent 2 more, this one is slightly better but it’s really flat with a tart taste it could be how it should be it is not for me so down the sink it goes

After 70 hours on the wagon this U.S Citra all grain tastes like nectar plus it's been in the bottle 11 weeks so it is going down disgustingly quickly!

How unfortunate, again
Looking on UNTAPPD, their photos when it gets good reviews, it is much paler straw gold colour. The bottle label even says Light Premium Ale, so I would expect it to be paler than yours have been.
The poor reviews on there are always accompanied by a darker brown image like yours have been.
One even said he thought it was possibly a bad batch.

I diagnose something contaminating the beer in their bottling process.
How disappointing.

I prescribed a Hoppy beer to recover.

I’m feeling much the same about my English Bitter although it was just last night I had to go without!

Unfortunately it's here for good (or until tomorrow when it gets. dumped). Brew date was 21st August, lagered in keg from 13th Sept for 6 weeks. Set and forget carbing for 3+ weeks.

Having a sneak APA before going out for my dinner. I think this is the clearest brew so far (no pics, phone charging so I can call a taxi home later).

The trouble with starting with U.S. hops is that unless you stay on them more subtle flavours don't come through so here's a good old Lidl standby!

The recently transferred English Bitter has now thankfully dropped clear.
Tasting nice and............. bitter.
Only a small one for now, as I'm designated to go fetch the Friday Fish and Chips supper.
When we will move onto Kiwi Sav. Blanc.
We both agree it's a great combination after our trip to N. Z. when our daughter spent a year there travelling and working.
Not recommended in our opinion for their liking there of SWEET potato chips with their battered fish 'n' chips!
Neither are the sweet potato chips themselves, frankly.
Personal preference only,
Kiwis can do what they like, and they usually do.
