Now an MJ Pilsner. Looks good but wonder if anyone else has brews they are not sure is right or not?

Kegged this APA a week or so ago.
Bittered with Columbus, late addition, hopstand and dry hop with Centennial.
Pleasantly bitter at 42 IBU, nice straw colour, sweet caramel maltiness and citrus aroma.
Kegged and bottled a First Gold IPA yesterday, now fridge is empty and need to find time to get another brew on.

The lesson I have learnt is that for me kits that are over reliant on dry hopping for flavour/aroma rarely taste good and those which don't are often bland ergo it's either all grain or part grain/hops plus extract from now on.

Tried a bit of an experiment today… I was going to do some weights… went into the garage and cleared all the **** out from the weights, when I spied my stash…. Basically I have bottled at least 1 of each of the last 14 months brew days, this got me thinking …. I wonder how they taste…. In a nutshell, time is amazing.. genuinely surprised how good some of these taste after so long bottled !! We’ve had 22 beers to pick from this afternoon and are making good progress!!
