First pour of the post-gelatine Irish Red. It’s improved, I expect the next pour will be better still.

My accidental cloudy IPA. Even used gelatine in the FV before carbing in the cornie - made no difference.

That's what a 100+ g of Summit hopstand ( completely free, just chucked in with no bag) does. As well as clogging the boiler drain, lol.

Tastes really great. Lemon from the hops and slight honey from the Chevallier malt.

My Spiced Coriander, lime and Ginger Beer, GH recipe, bottled Monday. This is out the mini keg. Very pleased with my self. Clear as. The ginger is not as pronounced as it was straight out the fv. It's lightly spiced rather than full on. Could see a ginger beer beer done with this as the base but 500g root ginger, rather than 50g
