How's this look, just a bit worried that it might be a bit over powering. Not tried this hop before
4kg vienna malt
200g terrified wheat
25g at 15
30g for 30 minute hopstand
45g dry hop for 4 days
Safeale 04

This a 23 litre batch? What style you aiming for?

I don't think the hop schedule is too much but then I'm a big fan of NS.

It has a distinct Sauvignon Blanc flavour note that some people just don't like. Have you thought about trying a commercial example before committing to a batch?

I wouldn't use S04 yeast with a hoppy brew like that, I'd go for US-05 or MJ Liberty Bell to help bring out the hop flavour.

Nelson Sauvin is a wonderful hop, but expensive, so best make the most of it. The recipe out of the Greg Hughes book is really good, I don't have it to hand but someone has put it online Single Nelson | American IPA All Grain Beer Recipe | Brewer's Friend

Yes 23 litres, just an easy drinking pale ale I think

How many IBU's does that come out at? I'd probably dry hop a larger % of the hop bill, but thats becasue I only just learned I love a big dry hop of Nelson.

Sorry I found a small packet of pellets and added then at 15 minutes so it's worked out at 34 IBU's
