Busy weekend insulating the new shed, now finished for the day and having a Centennial pale ale.
Lovely clarity - you wouldn't think I empty the whole kettle through a grain bag !

Sat in the garden enjoying the last of the sun with a....Blended Brett & Sour Ale courtesy of @jceg316. Bottle opened with a nice hiss, and poured with a nice head. It smelt, unsurprisingly, sour 😂. There was a familiar sour smell but I couldn't put my finger on it. This is an interesting beer. It's surprising gasier than I was expecting, and quite an interesting taste. There is an initial sour kick which quickly subsides, making this a nice refreshing drink. I think it evokes a cross between the taste of sherbert lemons and sour sweats my kids have. Thanks for sharing 👍🍻🍻
