Starting a bit earlier tonight with a nice pale ale at The Brewery.

More table spelt saison. Feel like it's approaching peak condition now (taste-wise, sure it will always have some haze due to the spelt, and forgetting protofloc).

I'm very critical of my own output, but this is just so drinkable. Wish I'd have entered this at LAB Open instead of one of my entries. Will brew again for sure.
 
here goes the second one…….
A glass or six of The Range IPA. I bottled it about 8 weeks ago and it came out at 5.4%. There’s a very subtle sort of nuttiness to the taste, and it’s very quaffable.

First beer tonight is a kit beer from Get er Brewed produced by mate of mine. I have to say he did an excellent job, you could pass this off as an AG brew very easily. The blast of cascade aroma on pouring is really strong and the depth of hop flavour is really impressive for a kit.
