Hello from from Switzerland
I'm originally from the England(I was an army brat) but I'm adopted Swiss now.
Been brewing since last August with a 30l klarstein set up.... done just over 600l with it.
I've made up my recipes with inspiration from some of my favourite beers and i try to offer something different to the recent Mode(fashion?) Here where I live... basically here IPA is popular for the moment but I've got my friends and Contacts wanting my English Ale.
I still have alotttt to learn and I've read these forums from time to time
