Agreed, it's surprising. Their blog says 60°L caramel malt, which I think is ballpark Crisps Medium Crystal territory, so it's a fair whack.

It is but as @Donegal john commented, they’ve balanced it well with bitterness and hoppiness.
Summit IPA MkII. With my trademark "will not clear" technology. 
Possibly my last tonight is this Weissbier. I’ll be brewing one of these in the morning - not a clone, just a Weissbier.
I like that one.

Second full day in the paddock, trying to get 24 hydro pots in synch 16 done 8 to go. One of those jobs I wish I hadn't started, back on them tomorrow.

First sample of latest WC IPA...only been 5 days in keg...needs more conditioning
