The wife and I put some money into a “Funeral Plan” last September.
We got a letter from The Administrator in April that the provider (Funeral Plans) were “in liquidation” and another letter from them pointing out that we “may” get 5p in the pound!
Luckily, we paid via Credit Card and they refunded the money while they sort things out with the provider.
ANYONE who paid for goods using a Credit Card and didn’t receive what they paid for, can claim the money back (within 12 months) under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

Sad news. Don't think they'll be the last online retailer as buying habits just haven't recovered since pre-lockdown.
I guess I'm part of the problem as other than my local bottle shop I'll visit in person, I tend to buy direct from breweries now for regular drinking. Although at Christmas I spent not-insignificant amounts at Beatitful Beers and House of Trembling Madness .

Beer 52 have taken over whatever the saving scheme with them was and have converted them into their own scheme. So not a total loss for people.
It’s not that good at all really. It’s better than nothing but it feels like getting 5p in the pound back tho.

I don't think you can compare those beers to Honest Brew and their selection. Plus a lot of Beer52 stuff is near the best before date and not well kept. I also been hearing that to get your value in points you need to spend double in pounds.
I wasn't aware anyone was i certainly wasn't, you may rate the beer as -
Beer52
and you are entitled to your opinion what i was pointing out is many members enjoy what they receive.
