Mine has now finished carbonating in the keg.

It's ok, nothing wrong with it but I'm not entirely happy with the UK Chinook. The floral and lemon notes are there but it's bitterness is a touch harsh for the style.

I may yet do another batch before the swap but revert back to EKG with a touch of UK Cascade as a late addition.

What's the date for the swap? I just happen to have a golden East Kent Golding's thing fermenting away... It's a made up recipe I put together with leftovers but I'm really looking forward to it!

It’ll be end of August sometime. I think we’d talked of posting on around weekend of 22nd.
 
Bottled my brew this eve. FG was 1.008,vgiving me 4 2,% which is slightly higher than planned. Nice color tho not sure about the taste!! Will see how it is after a few weeks conditioning. Went with Bramling Cross for bitterness and Styrian goldings for aroma. Have this and my previous golden ale for the swap 👍😎
