Italian pilsner, it's starting to clear. It's starting to mellow but needs more time

Perhaps you have auto-fermentation in your guts due to the occasional tipple, or many, you have to 'test'.
The only way to tell is to do a starter bottle culture on your stomach contents and see what the results are in a brew.
After you, HB!
I know how you like to experiment. 😜🍺
I’ll send you a bottle of the resulting brew. 😉

Passion fruit sour while preparing food. Apart from the sediment this is nice.

Hi HB, we had a few of their's in Dubrovnik in June from the local supermarket .
I think they were all an enjoyable selection. 🍻
Oh, and cheap seeing as they were brewed locally.
Edit: Now I search my history, there was a whole lot from Beer52 as well. All OOD, but still good.

This is one of the beers given to me by my eldest daughter. She has a Beer52 subscription and sometimes passes some on to me.

A duplicate of last night's NE Pale Ale, Magnetic Attraction from the Motive Beer Co. in Zagreb.
Remembering last night's head effervescence, I poured carefully the 330ml can into a 600ml glass.
It still needed foam supping to fit!
BBE 15.03.2022 and still a hoppy, rich and tasty 5.1% NEPA.
nice sunset and beer ! it is absolutely p***ing down here in North Oxfordshire!

Anyone tried this before? Tastes like strong sherry with to me with an underlying rocket fuel kick 😂😂 check out the label on the back 🤪🤪
Looks like fun.
50% alcohol,
or in plain English 87°proof.
(that's 100°proof if you are from the USA).
Georgia and Moldova make some great alcoholic products,
relish the fact that we can access them, Putin notwithstanding.

Found this when emptying out an office of someone who worked there a long time ago...left for the bin. Interesting to try but quite harsh tasting. Turns out it was brandy. Lovely looking bottle tho 👍
