Hello to one and all,

I'm a new member to this forum, I'm a Geordie living in Bolton and my username is not a discription

I brew All Grain beers as well as kit and country wines. I'm always willing to try something new and look forward to sharing ideas.

Dickie

Hi there Bolton brewers.

Have any of you tried to get demijohns from the recycling center in Blackrod. I rang them up asking about them. I was told the where to big to fit in the hole at the bottle bank so instead go to landfill. When I asked him if i would be able to buy them he said it was illegal. What a waste

Hi Bolton Brewers,

Do any of you go to spitting feathers? Online they dont sell any grains or hops. Do they have any and is there a wide range?

I go there occasionally, mostly for emergency top ups of common commodities like base malts and common hops and for replacement buckets etc. The people who run the shop are really nice and pretty helpful.
