Interesting
A lot of weighing out though

plus the AA of a few of the hops were different to the recipe, so there was a bit of working out :wha: anyway mash is on :thumb:

:thumb: I'd also like to know if you can detect those Fuggles amidst that citrus blast. I like Goose Island IPA but didn't realize that they used the F-thing too...

Going to bottle tomorrow, I'm a bit dissapointed that it only got down to SG 1018, and also there's a bit of lurgie on the surface, but it tastes good, so hopefully it will be ok  there is a really good aroma off theis beer :thumb:

Bottled this after brewing a Bombay IPA, there was definitely an infection in the form of a white film, but racked off the beer leaving a bit behind and it tastes good, so hopefully I got in time.

This turned out well, other than the bottles were a bit gushing from the infection, but it tasted good.

This recipe was from Jim's but I now have a recipe from Mitch Steele's IPA book which is the real thing; all pale malt, Pilgrim at 60mins, Styrian Goldings and Cascade at flameout, and dry hop with Centennial and Cascade.
