What is the thread size on the quick disconnects for a John Guest fitting like in the middle photo here...

I've just checked the internal diameter of a spare threaded barb connector.
It's 10mm but as I do not have a thread gauge I cannot ascertain what thread it is. :thumb:
 
From what I am led to believe, most threads to do with plumbing, beer dispense, brewing etc are what are known as BSP (British Standard Pipe) and it's not the actual thread that is sized but the inside diameter of the pipe it serves.
I think quick disconnects are 1/4 BSP but if you were to measure accross the thread it would probably be nearer 1/2" in width.
