I've stabilised and added finings prior to racking.
I've back sweetened with a tropical fruit juice but its left the racked wine cloudy.
I was thinking of adding more finings and reracking is this a good idea?

I normally rack to a clean DJ then degass and add stabiliser and finings (as you don't want to disturb the sediment) degassing makes a huge difference in the speed the wine clears.

Yes you can fine more than once, if the initial dose has failed to complete the job, but sometimes adding things to cleared wines can cause stubborn hazes. If fining has cleared the wine once, then repeating the procedure is unlikely to solve the problem, even if you use a different type of fining, in which case filtering is worth trying. Such hazes may not affect flavour, however in one case it proved to be a symptom of something wrong and although I managed to clear the wine, it had an odd, unpleasant taint which I could not account for. Sometimes, after a year or so, this transforms into something special, so I always give them a chance!
