A fabulous bit of kit.
We got one a few years back, you can actually fit a whole turkey in it :D

My Wife got it for pressure canning, but it's not been used for that yet.... too many other things to try in it first.

Build quality is A1, but it's a scary beast hissing away on the stove-top.

So apart from canning and autoclaving, what else can be done with this beastie ?

It is a monster pressure cooker, It can cook a huge amount of stew in one go :D

In seriousness, the beast is too large for the average family needs.
It's capacity is such it can sterilise jars and bottles with ease though.

I look forward to seeing any other uses.

Way too large, although I might well get into this canning lark. It's prime purpose as far as I am concerned is for sterilising 5L conical flasks full of wort for yeast starters

The one I've heard about from another brewer in the US is using it to pressure cook a thin decoction . . . much faster than using a pan on the stove . . . plus better development of the melanoidins. I'll be giving it a go, decoction does provide a better flavour profile than a simple stepped mash in a HERMS.
