I'm looking to brew a ruby beer for a local competition. I don't know much about that style of beer, perhaps the only ruby that I know about is Hobgoblin. Is there a specific EBC range that defines a Ruby? If so I can start playing around with recipes in Beersmith over the weekend and see if I can get something tasty looking.
