Hey, I started a Coopers European Lager on the 17th of December. I let it sit and ferment out for 6 weeks. After that I transferred it to another vessel, its been sitting in it ever since as I never got the chance to bottle.
Would the brew be fudged? would it be ok to bottle / keg?
It smells ok and there are no oddities floating in it, any help would be greatly appreciated!!
