Hi All,
I have a Lincat Lynx 2kw. boiling ring which should allow the use of a boiling pot without resorting to a kettle or immersion element in the
wort.
It does however need the thermal cut out removing. I am quite happy
to do this but I need to know which bit wants removing. ie.what does
it look like.
Any help would be most welcome.

many people with buffalo.burco boilers upgrade them to a higher temp so the rolling boil is achievable but the boil dry protection remains intact.
