I have a blackberry wine that has fermented to 992 and I was wondering if this will need to be back sweetened. And if it does what should I use? Sugar or red grape juice. I was thinking if I use juice it will not be blackberry wine anymore and you would taste the rgj but is this a bad thing I just don't know. Also if I use sugar would you be able to taste it as I read online you would.

If I were you I would back sweeten with some blackberry 100% juice not table sugar. Welch's would be best I would have thought if you can find it in your local supermarket. But any 100% juice would be better than table sugar
