Going back to area of the tun's I have a 80ltr tun here of frisp's and the total surface area is 1520cm2
My tun I use for 5 gal brews is 1512cm2, I think you could get away with 5 g brews in a 80ltr tb fine!

I measured mine today as I was drilling holes in them.
