Just ordered myself an inkbird 308 and a 20w heat bulb now for the final touch I need to make some sort of stand to support the bucket on.
Anyone got any suggestions or diagrams I can follow. The plan is to mount the bulb to the floor on one side so the stand needs to be an inch or so sort on one side. Or can I put the bulb on the roof ?

Thanks for any help

Cheers sean

The bulb is a black none light admitting bulb

I made a square frame out of timber, and I just rest a shelf on top of it. Inside the square frame I screwed a board and mounted my heater light socket to that, so the light sits within the frame, under the shelf (which has holes drilled in it to let the heat circulate).

Looks interesting I was worried about a heat bulb straight under the fv./bottles guess I'm over thinking again this.
My other idea was to use a child's reaching step

I use a pc fan attached at 90° to the heat source to move the heat around and avoid a hot spot. Not sure if it helps but in my mind it does!

Didn't want to wire up anymore than I had too but it's something to bare in mind
