Hi All,
Been a while since I visited this forum! But I'm hoping I can get some advice....
Next September I am getting married.
I want to brew at least some of the beer for it. Probably a middle of the road IPA and something more to my taste like a Porter.
But I really don't want to have to bottle the beers, I'm thinking more along the lines of serving it from a cask/keg. The problem I have is I have no idea where to start with working out what equipment I will need for this. Has anyone done similar?
I went to a friends wedding in USA last year, and they bought in the beer from a local brewery, and that had a barrel that you pumped by hand to increase the pressure then a hose to fill your glass - that would be perfect - but I just can't find the equipment (don't know what to search for!).
Any thoughts?
