I have just found a pack of 100grms of Cascade hops that expire in a month so as I want to start all grain beers does anyone have or can point me towards a recipe in which I can use them please? I am not sure what types of beer they are suited too but I would drink most beers apart form the American IPAs which when I have had vai craft beer suppliers in bottles don't agree with my taste as they just seem to bitter and overpowering.

I have also seen Pale Ale recipes for this hop too but once again not sure if I would like that either.

So an suggestions please, maybe something that isn't to expensive or complicated ....

Thanks in advance

21 litres final volume
4.100 maris otter
200gms carapils

Cascade Hops
8 gms @60 min
5 gms @ 30
10 gms @ 15
7 gms @ 5
8 gms @ FO
This will give you about 38 IBU, so for a less "bitter" beer maybe add some of the 30 minute additions to the FO additions.
