We have decided to sell up our business on the Isle of Tiree after 11 years. :-( www.ceabhar.com This will allow us time to finally build our house. I may be keeping the brewery though?
 
Wow, if I was younger, feeling adventurous and slightly more skilled in the cooking department I'd love to take on something like that. Beautiful.
 
Cheers all. But, I reccon we are in for a long run before we move. Had two tyre kicker visit already. TBH i'm OK with continuing to do what we do. My partner Polly has the real hard job in the kitchen and we have been getting swamped with 'designer' dietary requests that waste so much time and effort. One requested dairy free birthday cake that was made with considerable effort not reflected in the price and then they decided to have ice cream with it,,,,, WTF?
 
I hope they gave you plenty of time to get the dairy free ice cream.
Good luck with your sale. For a short time I considered it but being 64 with not the best health heart wise my better half persuaded me that now is not really the time. Never been that far from the mainland but remember a great holiday we had camping with our grandson at Ballamory about 10 years ago.
Like I said good luck but it seems you are ready for the long haul.

Ahh man I was hoping to visit you again sometime, me and the misses popped over there (700miles) last summer and fell in love with that island.
