Hello all,
I have never brewed before but I I can't wait to start. I've got experience of making cider from apples so familiar with some principles and also have some kit.
My plan is to go straight to all grain. I've purchased a few stove toppers kits to practice with then intend to purchase a Grainfather.
Look forward to contributing in the near future and would welcome any advice from your experiences.
