Hi, I have done 3 all grains now and after my trials and tribulations, Mold not mold, stuck mash and so on.

I have upgraded from a plastic tub with copper tube with holes in to a stainless steel boiler capable of holding a steady temp and re circulation system for the mash.

Any way this recipe is built from what malts and hops I have at the moment. What do people think?

I'm looking for a beer that smashes you in the face with juicy hop flavors.

Looks good to me but I’m a newbie to all grain
Not sure about Azzaca, watched a video of big banana brewing and he was a bit underwhelmed,he wished he bought Mosaic but your Citra will help with your hop bomb desires

Plenty of hops in there. My own preference would be to have no more than 5% total of crystal and Carapils. The 8% of crystal 70L might detract from the hops and steer the beer to being an extremely hoppy Best Bitter. Rather than the American IPA it is intended to be.

What yeast will you be using?

cheers for the advice, I might drop the crystal and carapils a tad, ill be using crossmyloof american pale ale yeast.
