Hello everyone.
Been wanting to get into brewing for a few years now but never made the leap. Then a friend offers me a fridge to use as a fermenting fridge and I couldn't say no. Got a controller and a heat mat ordered and, after lots of research and indecision ranging from one end of the financial spectrum to the other, I've order the BIAB starter kit offer from The Homebrew Company, as posted by Leon103 (many thanks).
So I now have a few bits and pieces left to purchase and I should be good to go (not least sourcing some empty bottles). Hoping to have my first brew done within the week, but will probably have a lot of questions between now and then.
