Tonight it's a bottle of this. Found it at the back of the beer bunker, from a kit I did 3 years ago. Think it might be better than it was 2 years ago. (Job to remember now)

Irish IPA, Lidl. Funny, it says 'noble india pale ale' but Vic Secret is not a noble hop. It's a fine hop, sure, not noble though afaik.

Mrs Prog99 is onto the "Wiper & True x Fierce Beer - Aztec Shake". I thought it was great, the miserable folk at rate beer can go and do one.

Tonight I'm enjoying a NEIPA from Vocation Brewery call Love & Hate (bought in Tesco).

It's damn good.

Belgian Tripel HB.

It's a good deal lighter than the image. I'm pleased with the outcome.
Edit: It's the high-powered, "nonic" 568! Preferred glass of flip-top bottlers around the world!

Duvel Tripel Hop. Nice drop, and I really like the way the yeast driven flavours work with the citra in particular. Lovely straw colour.

Sipping a Thornbridge Fourpure collaboration Strawberry Milkshake IPA called Fresa. Bought it out of curiousity but it's actually very good.

Drinking my Gales Olde Albion mild (recipe is the last entry of my brewday thread). I'm really please the way this has come out. I think the key has been a high mash temp (although it still attenuated well) and the Gales yeast. It's only been conditioning for one week, I think by about three it will be superb.

One from @dad_of_jon. 'Abbeyness' 7.2%. Rather lively out of the bottle. Sweetness is balanced by a noticeable bitterness which I like. A hint of alcohol, and I get sweet toffee flavour and chocolate straight away. Almost treacle... I guess that's the roasted barley making its presence known. Very drinkable, could have easily enjoyed half a dozen of these tonight!

Cloudwater parkin stout it's like chewing on a 10% slice of gingery heaven, some of you southerners probably never had a the pleasure of the sticky sweet ginger treat. Makes me want to go outside and light a bonfire.
