Have done the Belvino Californian White & soaked the fruit as suggested for longer . After a week in the bottle really suprised as a lovely dry crisp white ( husband very pleased ! ) ! Better than previous Cellar 7 kit which we did not like at all ! Will buy again & try the Australian Red just to see......Tempted also to try an Australian Blend Red kit ........
 
I got the last Belvino kits at Art of Brewing at £17.99 each last month , but offer now expired ! ( Tate & Lyle Caster Sugar added 49p per kilo on top as kit needs 4 kilos total ! )The best price for a white Cellar 7 is at Creative wine making around £31 I think. Brewsmarter Australian blend Pinot Grigio is £27 .50 & Belvino is £19 .95 i think ! Will investigate furthur ......
