Hi all. So after all the scratting and pressing the lot is on second fermentation and clearing nicely.

I have just taken this pic after a week in second ferm and was wondering if it has, what i wold think are bits of apple that have got in there.

Will it be ok to poor from these bottles to drink or rebottle again when they go into the cooler.

In this DJ it is like suspended there.

And one of the bottles which has sediment at the bottom, gave a it a small spin to show it up.

I tasted well anyway when i bottled it :) strawberry needs a bit more before second fermentation but tatsed great :)

Thanks

wayne:)

Looks fine.

Give the bottles a quick spin to get any yeast off the sides, then store the bottles somewhere dark so that nothing will stick to the sides again (yeast is attracted to the light); and everything will fall the the bottom - eventually!
