Guys

So beer fermented for 10 days, FG 1.011 , bottle, half with sugar how without (as experiment).

So what temperature do I store them? First 48h they were in around 15 degrees, now in the shed, so around 10.

Should I bring them home to help with secondary fermentation in bottles?
Thanks

You want to condition for 2-3 weeks within the temp range that's on the packet of yeast.

Best rule of thumb, condition at the same temp you fermented at. It's the same yeast, so the same temperature as fermenting is ideal.
