Its actually not a bad idea, but my last NEIPA I oxidised and super paranoid now after spending so much on ingredients not wanting to risk any O2 exposure
Just really strange its fermenting away after so long, never had one so active before, guessing its the Imperial beast yeast

Imperial Dry Hop Review

My hazy ipa has been in the bottle 4/5 weeks now so can finally give some judgment on the yeast.

@Hoddy and @dan125 Have both had a bottle and perhaps can add their own comments.

Fermentation went off quickly. I used a blow off tube as I have heard it give a big Krausen. Garage smelt lovely.

The resulting beer is amazing. There is a lot of hops in the beer but you can detect the yeast amongst them. Loads of flavour coming from the yeast, tropical flavours, pineapple and over ripe oranges have been mentioned by those tasting. Really pleased and will be using again.

A great beer once again by Leon. The yeast character is great, to me it reminded me of the smell of pineapple cubes. A great combo with Citra and simcoe and this yeast. A definite one to try in a mega hoppy beer.

+1
a fantastic beer and the yeast character really brought something that worked brilliantly with the hops - adding to the fruitiness.
I'll be trying this one out for sure
